Russ Warren is your Neighbourhood, Professional REALTOR ®. After many years of owning and operating retail stores, Russ retired from retail, and earned his Real Estate licence in 2009. Since then he has become one of the busiest independent agents in the brokerage.


And no wonder.


He had years of marketing, negotiating and troubleshooting experience from over 30 years of operating first his family’s business, Warren’s, and then his own store, R.W. Kids. Applying that experience to the job of helping buyers and sellers with their Real Estate transactions is a natural fit.


Since making the switch to real estate, Russ has listed and sold houses across the Ottawa region but he specializes in south Ottawa properties, including the rural areas south of the city.


Russ’ real estate business is built around one guiding principle: It's all about the client. You. Your needs, dreams and concerns. Your questions, finances and time.  He is different than many other real estate sales people. First, he deliberately chooses to work with a limited number of people at a time; clients can always be sure when they call Russ, they get Russ. This way everyone gets the service and personal attention they deserve.

Lindsay McIntyre earned her Real Estate Licence in 2011 and loved her successful career in Real Estate as an independent agent for approximately two years. She put her career on hold, put family first, and stayed home as a full-time Mom to her two children. She is now back and working alonside her father, Russ Warren, since 2018 and they have created "The Warren Team" to better serve you! 


Strong family values, whether at work, home, or leisure are important to Lindsay. She believes it is all about the client and will work very hard to make sure all Sellers and Buyers receive the best service possible. 


And although Ontario law states they can only be called a Sales Representative, the fact is they operate as Real Estate Consultants.  That’s important!  It means their job is not to sell you on anything, but to work with you to help you buy or sell your home in the shortest period of time with the least amount of frustration.
