Plus, you will receive an e-mail any time a new property is added, the price changes, or when a listing is sold.

The main criteria are listed.  Type of home, Price Range, Minimum Number of Bedrooms and Bath Rooms, and the area of the city where you would like to buy.  The area can be as broad or as narrow as you would like.  You can even give the boundaries by street name.

We can add other parameters such as house style (bungalow, split level, etc), size of garage, or flooring, but we suggest that you keep the criteria pretty broad.  If you say it needs to have hardwood, you might miss the perfect house that doesn't have hardwood, but is priced that you could put hardwood in, or add a garage, or change the furnace to gas, etc.
